These terms govern your use of Agitation.
Agitation is free to download. Core features require Agitation Premium, available through an auto-renewable monthly or yearly subscription, an eligible free trial, or a one-time lifetime purchase.
Premium unlocks the complete film development timer, film and developer data lookup, record history, sample-photo attachments, and advanced record management features.
Monthly and yearly subscription pricing, duration, free-trial eligibility, renewal, and cancellation are managed by Apple through your App Store account. A free trial is usually available once per subscription group. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected subscription renews automatically.
The lifetime option is a one-time purchase that unlocks Premium without renewal. You can restore purchases in Agitation, and you can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Agitation provides development data and workflow tools as practical references. Darkroom results can vary based on film condition, chemistry, temperature control, agitation, scanning, printing, and personal technique. You are responsible for evaluating whether a workflow is suitable for your materials.
You are responsible for records, notes, and photos you add to the app. Do not store content that you do not have the right to use.
The app, Premium purchase options, and data may change over time. Agitation may update, correct, or remove development data as better sources become available.
